  This place/hotel is in my oppinion ok, but not more than that. I will not come back here to stay. The food is made with the cheapest ingredients, and most the time it seems like the staff are not proffesionals. Most people here are 50+, which is great but the music played by the pool, in the loungearea and restaurant is too loud and very 90'ties up beat music for much younger guests. The entertainment is totally misunderstood in relation to the age of the guests of the hotel. The young people who are hired to do entertainment day and night are french and the entertainment is mostly in french! We have so far talked to 3 other couples who will also not come back to this place because they expected much better quality in food, entertainment and service. It feels like the staff and entertainment should be at a ⭐⭐ hotel for young people who like to party, not a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel like this. Also there is only 1 1/2 hour to eat dinner in, and people are gently kicked out at exactly 9.30 pm. The place to sit after that is in the lounge where the music either is too loud for talking or there is some entertainment which at best 10 people participate in. The lighting is way to bright, they have spots with very high lumen everywhere and it is hard to find af cosy place to sit and talk and have a drink. The room is ok and cleaning also ok. We have not tried the spa yet. It is not a lousy place, but for us, barely ok. We will find another place to stay, next time we visit Tenerife.

  But - We weren't near enough to a resort for my wife's knee to do the decent uphill walk from the nearest beach. Our room and also the bar didn't appear to have any UK TV, or any Premiership football, though to be fair, most guests weren't British.

  We were moved here when our booked hotel in town had double booked. Pool was nice, food and bar were pretty good. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent.

  We found it a little too remote, though there is a free mini bus to town and back daily.

  Lovely hotel beautiful pool area, nice rooms,maid service very good. Electrical fittings needing looked after, few broken switches and sockets. Food in restaurant very repetitive. some Bar staff could be more attentive overall good hotel.

  Great hotel, came here for my honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Great food, very friendly staff who couldn't do more to help, and an amazing pool, with pool tables. Me and my wife had loads of things planned, but the staff, food and pool were enough to keep us on site for most of our honeymoon. Loads of areas for relaxation, including an amazing on site spa, with lovely relaxation pool and Turkish bath and sauna. Didn't want to leave to come home! Would definitely visit again.
